Leicestershire gay clubs

The group is for gay and bi men who are directly affected by HIV. This includes men who are newly diagnosed and clubs where one partner is HIV-positive and one is negative. Hi5 provides a safe, social network, advice on wellbeing, employment and HIV-specific issues, as well as somewhere fun and informative to share experiences with others.

Support and club group for young people aged between 16 and 18 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or are questioning their sexuality or gender identity. LGBT Melton offers a gay group, one to one support, counselling, training for other professionals and educators in the community.

Gay Leicestershire

As well as supporting young people, LGBT Melton also supports the campaign against homophobia, transphobia, biphobia and gay other forms of discrimination. Group has organised activities such as meals out, quizzes, bowling, Sapphic cinema nights, barbecues in the summer and organise regular Women only discos. The group provides a network for those who want an alternative to the gay scene, or just fancy a change. Members occasionally organise a visit to a gay venue, but the main effort is directed towards providing friendship for those who, for whatever reason, prefer life away from the leicestershire club.
